Battery Shelf Repair

I need to repair a 3" hole in a TR6 battery shelf that includes the stiffener 
stamping.
My metal working skills aren't up to the task of fabricating the stamping. 
Can anyone suggest where I might be able to find either a new battery shelf or 
a 
cutout of the battery shelf large enough to do the repair.
