Well...the GT6 tranny came out for the second time in a week. With the help of a few 0-80 flat washers under the springs of the shift hubs, the 10-12lb shift pressure (spring release) is now up at 21lbs. So the syncrho is at least being properly forced against the gear before breaking loose and having the hub move. Thanks everyone!
