shift 'crunch' gone.

Well...the GT6 tranny came out for the second time
in a week.  With the help of a few 0-80 flat washers
under the springs of the shift hubs, the 10-12lb
shift pressure (spring release) is now up at 21lbs. 
So the syncrho is at least being properly forced 
against the gear before breaking loose and having 
the hub move.
