Since both cars were down and out of the garage for a while I just completed
detailing my unfinished garage interior. Did the floor with a Behr paints
concrete sealer and finish (one part). Saw it in several outdoor
applications and it really does hold up. Prep was a bitch. Degreaser first,
took one day. Then acid etcher, another 24 hours with drying time. Next
primer sealer, another 24 hours. Finally the finish coat (any color) Dry to
foot traffic 24 hours...7 days to cure for auto tire traffic. Looks really
good though and since I'll have a newly built non leaking engine, trans and
diff ....right?... in the TR paired with a 98 Vanden Plas that leaks only
climate control condensate, should be easy money keeping it clean and tidy,
No?

Finished walls and ceiling and floor in the garage are a revelation. Even
put in a six inch spalshboard at the base of the walls, and sealed the
exterior door and put in a sill plate seal. No more pill bugs dying against
the walls or Willow fluff filling the corners in the spring. The neighbor
asked if I was building an O.R. Asked if I could take his appendix out? I
get a kick out of just going out and marvelling at the final product. I am
so easily pleased! Ha!
