  A couple of questions.
How do you know water and oil are coming out of the oil pressure line? Did
you have it disconnected while you ran the motor?

Are you using a semi clear nylon oil line? It is common for the line to show
oil - air - oil - air - oil - air after the engine has been run. could you
be seeing that?

Are you using green antfreeze and that is visible in the oil?

Is there a chance the oil pressure line is screwed into a block water drain?

Since the engine was run for a short time, remove the oil drain plug and
check for antifreeze. Oil floats on water and won't show up on the stick.

Water in oil can come from a couple of areas. However it typicaly only
occurs after the cooling system has built up pressure ( run for 10 minutes or
more) and not from a initial fill.

Bottom liner seals if the car has wet liners.

cylinder head gasket typically after the cooling system has pressure. Is
there a chance the wrong head gasket was used allowing coolant to flow into
the oil sump?

pipe plug / freeze plug missing from the top of the head ( under the valve
cover ) this can occur after a head has been striped for cleaning.

crack in valve cover area of head

Crack in block at base of liner seats.

These are general places to check, you would need to talk to someone that has
been inside your particular type of engine.
