That reminds me...
I had to get my new acquisition ('73 BMW 2002 tii) to TDC the other day to
check the Kugelfischer timing, and Alan in the shop over the way had a tool I'd
never seen before
The adaptor screws in a plughole (#1 in my case) and it has a whistle attached.
Each time that cylinder gets to TDC it blows the whistle!
I turned the engine over on the starter and could not stop laughing!
With a complete set you could work on some boring tunes - with a TR6 you could
do Waltz time, and with a TR7 V8 you could write dance music...
(and I was complaining about off-topic posts - what a nerve!)
