Speedi Sleeve

I need the help of the list.  

My TR4a has developed a serious leak from the pinion seal.  I want to replace 
the seal and use a speedi sleeve to cover the groove in the pinion flange.  Has 
anyone done this and if so, what was the part number on the sleeve, and wher 
did you buy the sleeve.
