David,
The 250 didn't come from the factory with a sway bar.  I fitted one to mine
from a '71 TR6.  The radiator skid pan on my car was not drilled, so I used
the TR6 pan (same size and shape but with holes).  I also needed the longer
bolts and spacers for bolting to the lower A arm.  I found that bolting the bar
to the skid pan before fitting them to the car was the best way (better than
moving the radiator!!)
