I am considering improving flow and subsequent cooling on the GT6 water
pump. After exhausting all attempts to make my GT6 run cooler at idle on a
hot day (its much better and doesnt overheat but still gets pretty hot
idling on those days)
So after tackling the water pump on the Courier and having to re-machine
the impeller for that truck (long story) and finding that it wasnt all
that bad to do my thoughts ran to a new impeller for the GT6 to help
improve flow, especially at low speed. What are your- thoughts on simply
replacing the four-blade impeller with a six or eight-blade one? Shouldnt
be that hard to machine -
