That dust cover is a bit tenacious to fit. All I can say is use plenty of brake fluid as lubricant and just keep diddlin' with it. You do have to start it in the grove and work it around. No amout of force will help at all. Once it's in it seems simple ... but getting there ...now that's the ticket.
