Nope. The cooks in the audience object. <smile> Pharmaceutical grade
pepperment oil is pretty close to 100% oil. (That's why Chad recommended not
getting it into one's eyes--they will burn and tear for quite a while).
Cooking grade peppermint extract is mostly alcohol (half or more, depending
upon brand).
