Thread-topic: | K&N air filters on a TR4 |
I'm thinking about upgrading from the metal mesh air filters on my 1965 TR4 to K&Ns, but I'm not sure how to handle the crankcase vent from the rocker cover. I'd like to keep the crank vent routed through the carbs, and I've thought about installing ports on the K&N covers to duplicate the original filter design, but I'm wary about drilling holes in the $60 filters. Anyone tackled this before? Thanks.
