Eric, the later editions of "Practical Hints for the ... TR3" have a wiring
diagram in the back, which shows the overdrive wiring.  Although it doesn't
exactly match what was originally on TS39781LO, it will work.  I can send
you a copy of the diagram from the 4th ed, if you like.

I have never found a diagram of the heater wiring for the later cars, the
description in the workshop manual is only for early cars with the
non-self-parking wipers.  However, the  only difference is that on the later
cars, power for the heater is tapped from green wire on the fuel gage
instead of the wiper switch.  It then runs to the rheostat, and a wire goes
from the rheostat to the heater motor.  The other motor wire is grounded to
the mounting bracket.

I've never seen a LHD wiring diagram, but the differences are quite minor.
The only distinction is where the wires from the control head are connected
into the harness.  Note that the component locations are not necessarily
accurate, the gages are shown in the wrong relative locations.

Does your car have the in-line fuse under the dash ?
