David: Thanks for the info about the spin-on adaptor. I do have a slight dent in my canister mount, thus it is out-of-round. I'm going to pull the mounting head off of the block and take it to be machined as round as we can get it. Definitely not the dynamo bracket - I put that on myself! Must be perfect:-) Thanks again for the info, Dave David Dressel Champaign, IL USA '67 Jaguar Mk2 3.4 '64 Triumph TR4 '60 Triumph TR3A >From: "David Brister" <david.brister@wanadoo.fr> >To: "David Dressel" <daviddressel@hotmail.com> >CC: <triumphs@autox.team.net> >Subject: Re: Oil leak >Date: Sun, 18 Aug 2002 11:08:58 +0200 > >I have just bought a spin on adapter from Moss London and had to send the >large round piece back because theere was a dent in the large flange. _________________________________________________________________ MSN Photos is the easiest way to share and print your photos: http://photos.msn.com/support/worldwide.aspx /// triumphs@autox.team.net mailing list /// or try http://www.team.net/cgi-bin/majorcool /// Archives at http://www.team.net/archive |
