I have just bought a spin on adapter from Moss London and had to send the large round piece back because theere was a dent in the large flange. When talking to them about this their man said even a little out of round could cause a big leak. FWIW, I also had a huge oil leak last year very difficult to find it seemed to be coming from everywhere. Finally tracked it down to one of the dynamo bracket fixing bolts having undone over the years and gone AWOL. HTH.
