Triumph's Export Department who was Hermann Munster's
'double.' His nickname was entirely predictable. He was there for
years and rumour has it was still in position at his desk on the day
the workgangs arrived to demolish the building. To add further
authenticity, he even had a red TR4 (very bent and much rusted) as his
own daily driver. I'll wager a month's pay this is a more obscure
aspect of Triumph originality that Bill Piggot hasn't recorded in any
of his books.
