Bob
I sent my two cracking Strommie floats to Joe Curto Inc and he dipped in 'gas
tank sealer' (later I find these floats are made of expanded foam - not
hollow) but they do nonetheless look better and more protected from gasoline
and from further cracking. He charged $10.

I have a couple of fuel gauges (Some from a Spit, TR6 & a Gt6. All have
a little fuel in the plastic floats. Does anyone carry replacement
floats? If not, anyone had success sealing on old one? If so what did
you use?
