Sorry to hear about that.  You may have a serious problem here.  Or you
could do what I did: bleed at the hydraulic connection.  This is less than
perfect but it will bleed the lines.

I figure I'll have to rebuild the calipers osme day and at that point I'll
resort to heat of some other extra steps to get them loose.  Until then,
I'm soaking them with penetrating oil.

BTW, since you have a 3B I assume you have the TR4 calipers without the
cross-over pipe which means there is an internal passage with the fabled,
mystical O-ring that may suffer damage if too much heat is applied to the
caliper.

But for now I'd suggest you bleed them at the hose fitting and see if that
works.
