Rechrome question

Listerati,
I have a TR4 front and rear bumper (plus over-riders) along with tail light 
surrounds that will have to be rechromed. The local boys don't come to highly 
recommended. Any suggestions/tips/ recommendations? Who does a good job? I'm in 
California.
