I have to report that Paypal has also worked for me.
The only problem ever was when I made an error on the email address on a
particular purchase. Realising my mistake within minutes I cancelled the
transaction and corrected the matter.
Unfortunately the refund was credited to my account at a different dollar
rate and this cost me money, not a lot but nevertheless an obvious error
should have been credited at the same rate as charged. It was my own fault
so I did not make a fuss, however this is a point to remember, take care
when entering an email address.
