I'm not actually certain what they did, the only parts that came back
identifiably old were the pedestals and end caps !  All the rest looks new
to my eye.  Rocker tips are perfect, no signs of the previous wear, and the
rockers themselves appear to be copper plated (as I believe originals were
for the TR3).  The shaft is original diameter, not undersize, it's either
new, or my original shaft was welded/plated and ground to original size.
Adjusting screws and lock nuts were replaced, rocker bushings look new.  I'm
not certain of all the springs, but at least the ones with identifiable wear
marks were replaced.

I believe the flat rate covers whatever it takes to return the assy to 'as
new', so they may reuse more parts on yours, if it's in better shape than
mine were.
