No flow from rear master cylinder outlet

Hello.

I am attempting to bench bleed a new master cylinder for my TR6. I am not
getting any flow out of the outlet which is in front when mounted in the
car. Flow is fine out of the other. Is something stuck? Will I have to pull
it apart to see what's wrong?
