Actually, the reason the mouse/rat poison makes the critter very
thirsty is so it'll go outside and die, rather than give it up inside
the walls of your house. The nuisance would be nothing compared to the
stench!! Course, a piece of cheese on the back deck railing, a cool
beverage, and a 12 gauge automatic with deer slugs would also keep the
cute little darlings on the outside of the house.
