Bruce, use 20 or 30wt motorcycle fork oil.  30wt works well for me.
I had to get the 30wt from a harley shop.  It is called "heavy duty fork oil"

The rice burners seem to only use 20wt.

Hi everyone, I hate to bug the list with a simple question but I need to
know what type of fluid to put in the rear lever shocks of my 75' TR6.  If
possible I would like to buy locally and avoid the time delay associated
with ordering from a supplier.  Thanks
