TR 4 Overdrive Switch

Does anyone out there have an Overdrive Switch for a TR 4 that they would be
willing to sell? This is unique to the TR 4 but may have been used on other
TR's or other LBC's for that matter. It mounts on the right side of the
column. Any ideas where one can be found?
