Jon,
It could be the plug leaking or it could be your carb(s) are flooding. Wipe
the bottom of the carbs dry and see if it gets wet JUST on the bottom by the
plug or if it's wet up around the top of the float chamber where the gasket
is. If it's wet up around the gasket then you probably have a float needle
valve sticking.
