I am looking for a restrictor valve (Moss #589-030) for a Girling brake
system on a '61 TR3, new if possible, but used will do if it works. These
are, apparently, not available through normal channels and a friend's car is
down until we find one. Does anyone have any ideas about repairing one of
these? The front calipers remain locked up with it in place and when it is
removed the pedal must be pumped a time or two to get brakes when first
starting the car.
