Paul,

Being a new owner, I was not aware that the 74 has a PCV valve.  I know the
EGR was removed.

I'm looking at the TRF and Moss catalogs, and I don't see a PCV.  Where is
it located?

This sounds like your PCV system is missing or broken. The PO of my "74 TR6
added the Weber DGV's and eliminated the EGR and PCV systems. This made for
a nice scale model of the Exxon Valdez- oil flowing from every crack!
I rigged up a version of a '69 TR6 PCV system and cured the problem.
