On the recommendations of several people on the list, I had my TR3
frame powdercoated a couple of weeks ago. I was a little skeptical
at first, but now that I have the finished product in my hands (so to
speak), I have no regrets. Looks great!
I chose high-gloss black; the shop I took it to had some reds, blue,
yellow, gray, and matte black you could choose as well.
Blue, gray and black would contrast with rust pretty well; red
obviously not, and yellow so-so.
Say - we had a brief e-mail conversation a little while ago about
shock links. Did you ever receive yours?
