Dan- perhaps these folks can help- (NFI) Bob Westerdale 59 3A TS36967 http://www.chicago-rawhide.com/auto/speedi/speedi.htm I never did find any sleeves. The lack of sleeves and then the problem with the axle flange is what ended up driving me to get professional help.
