Well I removed the engine and the transmission today.
I separated the two and I have the head, the sump,
the clutch, flywheel, and rear engine plate removed.
Now I need to figure out how to mount the engine to
my engine stand. It looks like I can use a couple of the
5/16" bolt holes that held on the rear engine plate, but
only two will line up sufficiently. This doesn't seem
like enough to hold the short block. Any suggestions
on how to mount this beast to an engine stand?
