Well of course not.  You're not looking for a harnes for the TR3.  You're
looking for the harness for the van out of which came the radio.  This will
tell you which pin on the connector is switched power, unswitched power,
ground, right front speaker hot, right front speaker return,... well you
get the idea.

Then you have to find the mating connectors for the radio (presumably the
local wrecking yard has a compatible model van from which a portion of the
wire harness with these connectors can be cut).

In other words: it's easier to start with an after market radio.
