I have been attempting to fit my new door latch and receiving plate
on the B post. Can someone tell me if the catch on the door is
supposed to sit in the cut out of the receiving plate or pass through
the cut out and sit behind the plate, if that makes sense. There is
very little adjustment on either and with the latch sitting in the
cut out or hole on the receiver the door is way too proud. Also any
general tips on fitting this lot would be welcome.
