but from what I hear their turnaround
is pretty remarkable given it's a tedious manual process carried out

Most definitely, but you forgot to mention the different hair shirt
worn by the researcher. He has one per make of car and is methodical
in the order in which he wears them. The poor fellow has rapidly
failing eyesight caused by using only one candle that he's now been
allowed to burn two candles when someone sends a search request with
only the body number!!!!!!!!!! That was the trade-off with the Head
Scribe who had to forego a new goose-quill on alternate Mondays
