Al,

This screw is used to fine tune the idle mixture to attain the required CO
level.  You need a CO meter to set it properly as you will see no change in
the actual engine behaviour by adjusting this screw.  Don't bother
adjusting it without the meter.  If your car is tuned properly you'll only
de-calibrate it.  If your car is not tuned it won't adjust enough to cure
any operational problems.
