Al,

I found that the right front differential mount was causing my clunk.  A
bear to fix but worth it if you catch it in time.  This is a common problem
in TR6's.  I also replaced the rubber bushings with urethane.  Much improved
in handling, the diff doesn't shift around as much and no more clunk.
