Gary, in my opinion why go to the trouble and expense of a frame off if you
are only going to do patch-up work, if you want to cure cancer it must be
cut out, painting over it is fine for 2/3 years, then it's back again, do it
right the first time and forget it, POR-15 is not all what people think it
is, it hides, but does not eliminate rust problems, the cheapest way is
always the right way.  "FT"
