Gary,
I have never attempted to remove the hinge pins. Have always removed entire
hinge. You might have to remove the front fenders and try some PB nut buster
goop on the back of the screws with some heat. I bought this stuff a while ago
and it is the best nut buster stuff I have found. The stuff is called PB
powerful penetrating catalyst.

Try using a hammer operated impact screwdriver if u have one. I have also heard
that Coca Cola Classic works fine, but never tried it.
