First I marked the holes and peripheral of the dash on the material, then
used a full coat of contact cement on both dash and material, except around
the holes and peripheral. Be sure to allow time to become tacky or you may
get bubbles where separation occurs. Then you can cut the tabs to secure
the material to the dash and proceed as previous.
