Washers under conrod bolts, revised

Regarding my recommendation not to use locking tabs on conn rods, I just
remembered that I had overhauled a TR4 engine to replace the TR3 and the
bolts actually are a little different from the TR3 engine, so probably you
should use the locking tab washers.  Seems like the TR4 bolts had a small
shoulder, but can't remember exactly.
