Jim, good question. No-one has ever asked me before. Mine has black vinyl
on the inside and the outside is painted body color (white for me). (
Caution my car was repainted about 10 years ago -- BUT the inner black vinyl
and the edging is correct, which leads me to think that they put it back
correctly. As far as I can remember it was always white. Also, Piggot shows
several pictures where the outside looks as if it were painted body color.
