I'm sorry if you were not expecting this charge, and perhaps you did not
contract for it, but I do believe it is usual and customary and if you check
the Rimmer catalog or order form, there may be some verbage reguarding this.
I wouldn't worry about using DHL again, as I am sure if they end up charging
this back to Rimmer, they will never sell you anything again.
Was yours a substanial order or is the $8 roughly equal to what you ordered.
