FWIW, I checked three regulators from the parts bin. All are believed
original RB106/2
37182H 57 TR3 ? encapsulated 70 ohm screw terminals
37182M 59 TR3A open 70 ohm screw terminals
37290F 60 TR3A open 75 ohm spade terminals
The encapsulated resistor has only caps at both ends, no tabs.
Both open (wire wound) resistors have tabs on the same side.
