Steve,
Early (Mk1 and 2) Spits have the same top arrangement as the TR4. And speaking
from experience, I can truthfully say that here in
Arizona it requires a building permit!
I don't know if that is true in Colorado, but if such a contest is held, we had
better coordinate it with the local authorities to see
if we can streamline the process!!! :)
