I have to agree with Fred, it leaks, it's not broken. You didn't say where
it leaks but....if it's from the top end, replace the valve cover gasket,
follow destruction's and don't overtighten....if it's from the bottom end
replace the pan gasket and again don't overtighten.
Once acquired an Olds, didn't go, got it for parts (computer), tightened the
trans pan, filled with fluif and drove off.
Wife's TR6 leaks, but that's how I know it's not running on empty, just keep
topping off.
