Seriously, I don't think you'll be happy with it, depending on what kind
of tools you want to run.  One of my favorites is an air die
grinder/cutoff tool similar to
http://www.harborfreight.com/cpi/taf/Displayitem.taf?itemnumber=36572
that draws 3 cfm @ 90psi.  That's about 21 scfm, while your example is
only rated 10.2 scfm.  You could run the die grinder for awhile on the
air stored in the tank, but then you are going to have to stop and wait
for the compressor to catch up.
