Thanks to all responses for my recent clutch problems but I am still having
problems. My original problem was that my clutch pedal would stick half way
up from depressing causing my car to jump into first gear. I have replaced
the following:
1. Slave cylinder
2. Master cylinder
3. Inbetween tubing.
4. Clutch fork (used) and new pins (to sleeve)
5. Clutch fork pin (heavy duty)
6. Throwout bearing
7. Roll pin
8. Clutch shaft
9. Clutch bushings
10. Release bearing
11. Sleeve
12. Clutch kit
After all of this and $30.00 an hour, my 75 TR6 has a clutch pedal that is
still sticking. I virtually have replaced everything and I am still having
the same problem. It isn't as bad but is still sticking. Its funny because
it is sticky while the engine is running but is very smooth (the pedal that
is) when the engine is not on. Does this have any significance? Any
thoughts would be appreciated. thanks Virgil 75 TR6
