TR3 - Sills & Brackets - Thanks

Thanks for the many replies both on & off list.  Results --

The Sill Finishers were original equipment and needed for a finished
look to the interior.  Can be ordered from the usual vendors or fairly
simply made from appropriate sheet metal.

Bumper brackets are to be black.  Fred T was able to quote an authority
(TRA judging manual) and, more remarkably, didn't even mention the
subject of powder coating.
