Looking for info on removing emissions stuff from my '76TR6

Listers,
After 26 years I've finally decided it is time for the emissions stuff to
come off my TR6.  I'm looking for information and learnings from anyone that
has taken the carbon canister and air pump off their TR.  Need information
on how to hook things back up after the stuff is removed.
