A simple hand written note would have served the same purpose. A note on
your business card if you have one. Or, if you belong to a club, maybe the
club could sponsor a printing - might help membership on that front also.
I found out about my current mechanic that way. Someone left a note on my
windshield. I called him; we met at his "garage" and during the course of
conversation he mentioned Joe (the mech.). That was 5 years ago and I have
been on the receiving end of a lot of knowledge from both of them.

Subject: we need a "business card"
Last weekend I saw a nice TR4 parked in the infield at the
track in Loudon, NH (SCCA driver school on Sunday). My
query to the list about it on Monday drew no response, so
apparently it isn't a lister's. (Or maybe he just likes his
privacy.)
If we had some sort of business card for the T-list, I
woulda left one under his wipers. Too bad, another one
still trying to go it alone misses out (though from the
condition of the car, he doesn't need help from me! :^)
