Hi Dave
Dad had a 2500 viscous fan drive break up and it sounded like the trans was
about to fall out, we did new UJ's tranny mounts the works then a guy in the
know said two words viscous coupling, he was right.
And you are right about the water pump, it is shaft driven from the same
shaft as the dizzy.
